Research On Harmonious Management Model Of Organizational Interface Contradiction In Construction Project

With the swift development of the kownledge economy, the specialized departments of construction project is divided more thinning, thus interface problems is produced among organizations. The appearance of interface problems is not only reducing the efficiency of dividing the work, but also aggravating cooperation. In this case, the interface must be controlled and coordinated effectively to make the various elements in the project dispose rationally to exert maximum efficiency.Based on the combinatin of system theory and "harmonious management theory", organization interface problems of construction project is researched in this paper, the main achievements are the follows:(1)The institutional framework characteristics of traditional mode, construction project management mode, design-build mode, design-contract mode, project management contracting mode and BOT mode is analyzed, the project Party A organization, Party B organization, matrix type organization is summarized to offer the foundatin and condition for interface study of project organization.(2)The interface of project organization is studied overall according to system theory. Internal energy of organization, organization border and organization interface type is analyzed from microcosmic angel to build organization interface model. The form mechanism and type of interface conflicts is discussed through the model.The interface conflicts is divided into grinding, hiding, appearing and sharpening four kinds aiming at the objective phenomena of organization interface conflicts statws and conflicts movement law, the management methods are put forward according to the different states; the movement law curve of interface conflicts is proposed on the basis of counting to give exploring suggestion for organization interface.(3)The systematic model of "harmonious management theory" is summarized. The "harmonious theme" of management mode is to make ultimate project benefits including tangible and invisible as much as possibly; three goal of quality, time and porgress are proportionally optimized by navigation system using goal optimizing algorithm; organization coordianting problems are delt by supporting system according optimizing institutional framework; harmonious management is carried on by implementation system through building project organization information management; take new and high technology industrialized country of Huizhou as an example, the application of harmonious management model of organization interface is proved.
