On Study Of IT Companies Multi-project Management Interface Building

The keen competition of IT industry brings much more challenge and chances to IT companies. They focus on the issues of how to effectively manage multi-projects and improving project management maturity and their competitive capability.This paper proposes an approach of multi-project management interface through analyzing the problems step by step starting from the potential issues. Chapter 1 Introduction describes the background, significance and methods of the paper, then put forwards the total thoughts and general framework; Chapter 2 introduces the relevant existing theories of multi-project management interface, and the analysis of the factors to be considered for building multi-project management interface; Chapter 3 analyses the organization structure of traditional multi-project management and the current problems, and discusses the organizational requirements of multi-project management.
