Case Study On Interface Management For Construction Project Of Transportation Pivot

Construction project of transportation pivot is very important to reduce the contradiction between transportation demand and provision of the urban city, and interface management is the key step of the construction of transportation pivot. Beginning with interface management of transportation pivot, based on interface management theory, and the character of Tianjin Station project, three-level system of interface management for Tianjin Station is constructed.The dissertation firstly expatiates research background and significance of transportation pivot, and on the basis of literature review home and abroad, research contents and structure are constructed. Also, theory of project set, interface management, and the relation between the two parts is expatiated. Tianjin Station project is introduced form the sides of history, situation, bottle-neck factors and the character or the project. According to the recognition of interface of transportation pivot and construction principle of interface management system, three-level management system is constructed, that is interface management of project set, project and technology. Based on the character of interface management and principle of evaluation index system confirmation, evaluation index system of interface management of Tianjin Station is constructed, then, on the basis of weights confirmation of index, fuzzy evaluation based on single factor or comprehensive factors is made, and evaluation result is also analyzed. The dissertation finally is summarized, and future research on transportation pivot is proposed.
