The Research On Contributing An Innovative Style Park In High Technology Industrial Development Zone Of Changsha

Following the trend of the carrying out new innovative stragedy mainly relying on national high-tech zones(high-tech zones for short) , and facing the historic opportunity of Changsha High-tech Zone becoming the leading area of national comprehensive reforming and experimental area of the "Conservative-oreintal Society, Environment-friendly Society" ("Double-Style Society for short")in the city cluster of Changsha, Zhuzhou and Xiangtan. The existant developing model and management michanism can not meet the developing demand of innovative style zones anymore.
