In the context of economic globalization, the development idea of commercial bank has changed from maximizing profits to maximizing shareholder value, customer value and employee value. The source of maximizing shareholders value and customers value lies in maximizing employees value. The most direct expression of the maximizing employees value is the high satisfaction of employees.Changsha city commercial bank's management philosophy of "shareholders, customers, employees harmonious development" was taking root, because of its shorter development time, the lack of experience in management, human resources management lack of professional management personnel, leading to its human resources management and operational means relatively simple. At the same time, Changsha city commercial bank in the talent competition is still confronted with domestic and other foreign banks and joint-stock commercial banks how to better attract and retain the dual pressures of talents. These included how to attract outstanding management integrated tellers.In this article, we have a deep study on the concept of employee satisfaction, theory, assessment tools and current situation at home and abroad Review of Employee Satisfaction Study. then, we designed scientific integrated teller satisfaction questionnaire for Changsha City Commercial Bank, conducted surveys and research. for this bank's integrated teller satisfaction. After that, we have a preliminary study for the Changsha city commercial bank satisfaction with the status quo integrated teller. Major findings show that: Changsha city commercial bank's integrated teller overall satisfaction level is not high, there are many problem on integrated teller management, such as the allocation of human resources to be optimized, integrated teller lack of career development planning, remuneration lack of proper management, performance appraisal system is unscientific, hidden dangers exist on risk management ,and so on . Finally, we have the Review in the integrated teller, which focused on main solving problem, we put forward three ways on how to deal with those problems, including putting up two concepts, enhancing integrated teller's management ,giving much more tripartite management measures which required on integrated teller's management.
