Since 1990s, as a special and independent enterprise, banks have begun to face the competition of the industry and the industry. With the opening up to the outside world, China’s financial industry is facing more and more fierce competition. Due to the requirements of economic pattern and tremendous change of the market, the domestic market facing various internal and external problems, have accelerated the pace of development of their own, and as the bank’s employees with the most basic of integrated teller, they more engaged in the basic work of the bank, faced with daily work with high strength and great work pressure, with respect to the teachers and the government civil servants, more engaged in dealing with people, this work makes it easy to these integrated teller have some problems.As the banking industry, the banking industry, serving employees need to invest a lot of emotion and energy, which is the industry characteristics of the financial services industry and professional conduct in financial services personnel. WTO join China to bring fresh blood and innovative ideas, which makes China financial market gradually opening up, thus further makes China bank employees facing a huge and hitherto unknown challenge, especially the integrated teller of the bank, they as frontline bank at the front battle, they are facing not only the deposit loan ratio pressure, pressure index, day and night are numerous and trivial work and repeated work and the need to face the customers, provide quality services, the bank teller made a lot of breath, increase the likelihood that these teller abhor their occupation of the negative emotions, it shows that occupation burnout is more and more strong, which will on the bank itself and the bank’s employees caused great harm.This is take relevant method to sort out, more in line with the Tianjin area bank teller integrated questionnaire, and conducted a questionnaire survey, finally find out the determinants in the questionnaire and analysed the these factors one by one, in order to reduce the integrated teller job burnout. Of occupational burnout and its influencing factors are introduced at first, clear the bank’s integrated teller job burnout factors; secondly, the influencing factors analysis, a mathematic model is established and questionnaire are summarized, and then the questionnaire to test the feasibility of this method; thirdly, empirical use of Tianjin area of each bank’s integrated teller job burnout research, summed up the influencing factors which lead to the bank’s integrated teller job burnout, and put forward reasonable suggestions, provide the basis for the management. Finally, the article carries on the summary and analysis of the expected effect, and put forward the shortcomings and the future direction of the outlook. Find the main factors affecting the Tianjin area bank the bank’s integrated teller job burnout, so as to improve the employees of the bank’s integrated teller job burnout problem of countermeasures is the basic guiding ideology. And I hope to use the analysis of the article to analyze the influencing factors of the job burnout of the bank employees.Through the analysis and Research on job burnout, encoding and the Tianjin area of the bank’s integrated teller were tested using MBI measurement list, and use AHP method, the influence on the various issues of job burnout are endowed with weights, so as to find out the more prominent influence factors of intervention, in order to reduce bank in Tianjin area integrated teller job burnout.
