In recent years,the opening speed of China's financial market is accelerating,especially in banking industry.The performance of banks depends largely on their working attitudes.Studies have shown that when employee satisfaction is higher,employees' work attitude will be better,customer satisfaction will be improved,and banks will be more competitive.At present,the degree of concern about employee satisfaction is not enough in China's banking industry,especially for the teller working in the front line.In this paper,the bank teller in bank of Huludao is taken as the research object.Through questionnaires and other analysis,we find out the reasons affecting the job satisfaction of teller,and put forward reasonable suggestions.This paper first introduces the research status of employee satisfaction and the achievements at this stage,and briefly introduces the basic situation of bank of Huludao.In the previous research results of the scholars,combined with the actual situation of bank of Huludao,the factors that affect employee satisfaction are attributed to the following five factors:the work itself,the salary level,the promotion space,the bank management and the interpersonal relationship.According to the Likert5 classification method,the questionnaire was designed and the results were statistically analyzed.The results of the questionnaire were analyzed by SPSS software.The reliability and validity of the data were analyzed.The results showed that the scores of the data factors were higher and the reliability and validity were suitable,which showed that the factors of the investigation dimension were reasonable.According to the findings,we find out the reasons that affect the satisfaction of Huludao teller,and put forward suggestions for improvement.This article hopes to understand the satisfaction of the teller at the present stage through the investigation of the satisfaction of the Huludao bank teller,let the management understand the working status and the ideological trend of the teller,find the problems and improve the job satisfaction in time,improve the job satisfaction of the teller,arouse the enthusiasm of the work,improve the efficiency of the work,and finally improve the efficiency of the bank management.
