With the development of market economy, the Virtual Team, which set up temporary for achieving the organization goals, is used by more and more enterprises because of its own superiority. How to judge the performance of the Virtual Team is a question of human resources management with this kind of organization is used day by day.Based on previous'studies of virtual team and key performance indicators theory, I used personal interviews and participated in the form of R company's E system development team for the study, trying to study how to construct virtual team Kpi indicators.Virtual team, which for achieve a particular objective. This matches the original intention of key performance indicators. It discussed how to layer decomposition organizational goals for the sector objectives as well as virtual team team members personal goals in real environment, and described the process of building KPI in R company's E system development team in conjunction with virtual team "to the electronic media as means of communication" and "cross-region and cross-boundary", "temporary" and other characteristics.Based on the virtual E system development team KPI construction, this paper provides an ideas and method for building KPI of multinational virtual team.
