Marx's Open Theory And Chinese's Countermeasures To Economic Globalization

Economic globalization has already been the world's developing trend and presented new features. Therefore, the recognition of economic globalization to some extent affects the attitudes and the establishment of countermeasures that people hold towards economic globalization.Whether the countermeasures are proper or not determines the existence and development of the countries in the world, especially the developing countries. Numerous scholars home and abroad have focused their attention on the economic globalization. It is easy to mislead people's recognition of economic globalization to the extreme as people may undergo difficulties in making a general and reasonable explanation to the essence and the dynamic development because of the different perspectives in theories, values and methodologies.After systematic study of Marx's Open Theory, the writer thinks that Marx's Open Theory not only answers why the capitalist countries should communicate with each other openly but also draws special attention to how the eastern countries like the backward Russia to join the international division through openness, to absorb the capitalist civilization in the world historical system and to improve themselves in"stretch across the Claudine Forks of the Capitalisms". Therefore, the writer believes that Marx's Open Theory has provided valuable theoretical perspective and scientific methodology to understand the economic globalization, which is favorable to systematically analyze and understand the connotation, the property, the function and the development direction of economic globalization. It is also favorable to make clear the position of China and the opportunities and challenges brought by economic globalization. Marx's Open Theory provides some feasible corresponding strategies to calmly cope with the problems in the economic globalization complying with the 17th National Congress of the CPC.
