Research On Green Supply Chain Management Of Manufacturing Enterprises In Pearl River Delta

Started from the reform and open, Based on its superior geography and labor force advantage, The Manufacturing enterprises of the Pearl River Delta brought themselves durative high-speed economic development by the way which takes "high input, high consumption, high pollution, low quality, low benefit, low output" as its chaFacteristics. In the meantime, the pollution of the environment, resources shortage, and the green trade harrier had become the three sharp swords hanging on the Pearl River Delta's head. Putting Green Supply Chain Management (GSCM) in practice is an inevitable choice by manufacturing enterprises in the Pearl River Delta to get out of that predicament, and make sustainable development come true. But currently, the research on GSCM by domestic and international academic circles is still be the beginning place. "How to put GSCM in practice" and "How to evaluate the effect of the implement of GSCM" are the problems that the Pearl River Delta should solve urgently.Based on analyzing research results about domestic and international relevant GSCM theories, and those related technologies, this dissertation did some systematic research on the implement of GSCM and green degree evaluation, aiming at the characteristics and effective demand of manufacturing enterprises in the Pearl River Delta. The main research work this dissertation did is as follows:Based on simple introduction about concept, contents, principles and purpose of sustainable development, the second chapter pointed that the implement of GSCM is an inevitable choice for enterprises to take sustainable development come true. Systematically elaborated the basic principles, system structure, main contents and technical foundation of GSCM; Analyze the benefits that the implement of GSCM makes, and summarize the success experience of the implement of GSCM by means of some related cases.The fourth chapter did some research primarily on the strategy of implementing GSCM. Bring forward the strategy of implementing GSCM from three different angles like: government-, society and enterprises, which based on analyzing the pressure, resistance of the implement of GSCM.The fifth chapter briefly introduced the meaning of green degree. Established theevaluation model of the manufacturing enterprises' GSCM adopting the Fuzzy-AHPmethod--evaluated layer by layer from bottom to top, and finally gave anevaluation result. This Model could evaluate whether the GSCM implement is right or not objectively and scientifically.The last chapter took a manufacturing enterprise in Pearl River Delta as an example, evaluated the green degree of its GSCM implement, and then, verified that the evaluation model this dissertation brought forward is feasible and valid..
