The Transform From Planned Economy To Market Economy Of China

The CPC made a great decision which abandoned the class struggle and put forward the focus of economic construction on the Third Plenary Session of the Eleventh CPC Central Committee. China enters the era of the socialism construction. Economic construction enters the age of the transform of the economic system. The socialist economic system has transformed from the planned economy to market economy. The socialist market economy has been built and perfected, economic construction has got a great success, but the system transition involved with the interests of the people, contradiction will exist in the development of the society. The question that how to insist on the socialist market economy in the future demands us to research the backgrounds of the market economy and sum up lessons for the future. So that we can hold the laws of economy construction, the laws of the development of society and the laws of the party's ruling, and we can carry out the socialist modernization successfully.The research methods and principles are as follows: Taking the Marxism materialism as the instruction; combining theories with the practice; and taking the practice as the only standard to examine the truth; combining China with the world. We research the process of the transform of the China's economy construction to find the features of China from the differences of the west world and the other socialist countries. We pay attention to the combination of history inspection and contemporary perspective; following the historical principles at the same time reflecting deeply to the history at the view of socialism rules. In sum, this study tries best to analyze the transform of economy from the planned economy to market economy.The thesis has three parts. Part 1: it is the historical exploration of the planned economy before the transform of the economy system. Planned economy became the only choice because the lacks of the theory instruction of the CPC, the experience of the construction and the international environments. Planned economy had been changed when it promoted the development of the economy, but the transform didn't have the features of the reform. The features of the planned economy couldn't suit the change of the objective economy situation, and it couldn't abandon the flaws of itself, so that the economy system became rigid and lacked impetus of the development. Changing the planned economy and choosing the market economy had been the choice of the development of the economy.Part 2: It is the practical research of the transform from the planned economy to market economy and makes a simple appraise of the success of the transform.Planned economy couldn't carry out and market economy became the choice of China. It researches the theoretic and practical process of the transform on the base of the analysis of the backgrounds of the market economy, revealing the historical process of the China's market economy construction. The economy environment has got a great change as the transform of the economy system: planned economy has been abolished and market economy has been built, socialist economy construction has got great success. Socialist market economy has presented the features and explored the understanding of construction of the features of china socialism.Part 3: It is the analysis of the existing question and the way to deal with the problem of the process of the market economy construction. China market economy practice has a great gap to the perfect socialist market economy. There are many problems in the process of the economy construction. How to solve the problem and perfect the socialist market economy is the key of the economy work in the future. Socialist market economy can avoid the old way of the other socialist countries and China's socialist modernization construction will have a high speed if the advantage of the planned economy and market economy combining together.
