scenic resources assessment of Scenic areas is the basis for exploring, and is the premise of planned construction of scenic areas. My article focuses on providing a scientific basis for coordination the conflict between protection and development by analyzing and evaluating and clearifying the quality of scenic resources to further identify the scale and theme of the development in scenic areas.as so far, Tam Gap roe scenic spots is in a pure natural state, and are declared national scenic area, exploring the way of research and development. The scenic area is rich in natural landscape rich in resources, the original vegetations are intact, environment is beautiful, and climate is pleasant, is a collection of joints ,valleys, deep lakes, mountains, limestone caves and waterfall, revealing God the Creator of magic, the beautiful natural landscape. From the Tam Gap Peak you can enjoy, "Choi Ha-dawn, the mountains do Zhaohui" beauty. Excepting this, the scenic area is rich in historical remains, simple custom, and beautiful legends. The Tujia people live there, with a strong culture of the Tujia and the South East Sichuan guerrilladetachment fighting sites. revolutionary pioneer of China's revolutionary martyrs - LIU Meng Zhaokang's historical remains of revolutionary activities in Tam Gap area Greatly enriched the inclusion of Tam Gap scenic landscapes.In this paper, on the basis of in-depth investigation of Tam Gap landscape resources landscape ecology, guiding by landscape ecology, ecological aesthetics and the theory of sustainable development, using the AHP, combined with fuzzy comprehensive evaluation methods, we comprehensively analyzed and evaluated the Tam Gap scenic landscape resources in viewing Tour, Science and culture, landscape quality scale, off-treatment and rehabilitation, and classified the single-levels of the Tam Gap scenic landscape, and meanwhile the scenic spots was categorized, revealing a dominant type of landscape resources in each scenic spots, which provides scientific bases for protection and development, as well as a guidance for visitors to choose a spot for visiting. As a result, an objective and scientific assessment of scenic landscape resources is an important guarantee for success planning, which is of great significance in both theoretical study and practicalapplications.The full text is divided into four parts:The first part includes chapters I and II. Firstly, I elaborated the content overall, and then I introduced the background and implication about the subject. Finally, I showed the method and techniques line of my study.The second part is the theoretical one, including Chapter III to V. These chapters presented some relevant theories of landscape resources evaluation, the dominant method used in mypaper------AHP, steps in landscape resources evaluation and how to combine the two in landscaperesources evaluation, respectively.Part III is a real example part, taking tan zhang Gorge Scenic areas as an example. This part detailed the scenic landscape resources evaluation, in which the AHP is the leading method.Chapter VI is my final part. This part summarized the content of the whole paper, tested and verified the results of evaluation, and analyzed reasons which impact evaluation of visual resources.Through my study, conclusions can be made that by applying the AHP for landscapes resource evaluation, we can further establish objectively and scientificly the level and quality of landscape resources, assess the status of various landscape resources in scenic areas, providing a strong scientific basis for the planned construction of scenic areas, ensuring a scientific and reasonable planning ,and having great value for making practical and reasonable special plans.
