Organization supportive climate is a relative enduring characteristic of an organization that distinguishes it from other organizations. It is the cognitions that organization members share of supportive characteristic of organization. Be as a very important social psychology factor, lots of research work has indicated the significant influence of organizational supportive climate on individual's incentive, attitude and satisfaction, finally the individual and organization efficiency and outcome. This research focused on the structure of organizational supportive climate and the relationship between organizational supportive climate and individual performance, which have important theoretical and practical significance.This research was divided into three parts: the first part analyzed the inner structure of the organizational supportive climate and established the questionnaire of organizational supportive climate by interview in depth, open questionnaire and structural questionnaire investigation. The result indicated that organizational supportive climate was a four factors structure, they were staff supporting, flexible management,organization's example setting and interpersonal assist. The result of data analysis showed that the questionnaire of organisational supportive climate had good reliability and validity.The second part discussed the influence of organizational supportive climate to staff by questionnaire investigation. We found that staff supporting, flexible management, organization's example setting and interpersonal assist were good predicting factors of job satisfaction. Among of the four factors, staff supporting had the most strong affection to it. We also found that staff supporting, flexible management, organization's example setting and interpersonal assist had effect on affective commitment. The affection of staff supporting was the most. otherwise, The influence of interpersonal assist was the least. The third part discussed the organization variables difference of organizational supportive climate. The variable including: style of company and scale of company. We found both antecedent variable had some significant effects on organizational supportive climate.
