Analysis Of Logistics Of Manufacturing Enterprise Based Of Supply Chain Management

The analysis of logistics based on supply chain management has been given the increasingly extensive concerns for theoretical and pragmatic importance. This paper studies the rationalization and modeling on logistics of manufacturing enterprise based on supply chain management.In macro, by analyzing the character of logistics based on supply chain management and logistics status quo of manufacturing enterprise in China, the necessity of logistics rationalization is expounded. The paper indicates that logistics rationalization should adopt socialized structure, systematic operation flow, information technology and relation management, and presents the approach to rationalize logistics.In micro, by studying process and technology of logistics analysis, the paper points out modeling is an efficient method for analyzing logistics. An integrated modeling method—GI-SIM is explored for supply chain management by comparing existing modeling methods. Using three modeling tools of GRAI grid, IDEF0 and Simulation, GI-SIM fulfills logistics analysis and design. By conceptual, functional and dynamic model, it describes logistics completely and reflects dynamic aspects of it. Finally with a case, an order processing is simulated, which validates that GI-SIM can optimize logistics parameter and is an efficient method for analyzing and designing logistics.The research of the paper is rather advanced not only on theoretical field but also on the practical field, which provides theoretical basis for logistics modeling and plays an important role in rationalizing logistics and optimizing logistics parameter.
