Research On Logistics Optimization Of HY Company In Supply Chain Environment

The object of the logistics optimization just is the cost loss in the enterprises operation that is not to be perceived but very large. In this paper, I will solve and optimize some problems in the logistics operation of the HY company, so as to improve operational efficiency of the logistics system, reduce the logistics cost and improve the efficiency of the enterprise. However, lowering logistics costs is not simply minimizing the logistics costs of the HY company, the logistics optimization that is in its supply chain environment in this paper, with HY company’s raw material suppliers, logistics providers,vendors and terminal retail to realize win-win as the principle, realize a kind of optimization way which are the lowest logistics cost and the most efficient of the whole supply chain. For this, the paper suggest improving and strengthening to the original reasonable logistics management methods and increasing related management methods combined with the actual condition to the lack of HY company logistics management methods.
