Along with the age of knowledge economy,Knowledge becomes the most important resource in the organization,knowledge employees who produce , distribute and use knowledge spread all parts of the organization. The competition between enterprises and the creation, usage, increment of knowledge, which will all rely on the carriers of knowledge-- knowledge employees. How to reserve these employees and make them do their best to create value for organizations?Compare to the developed region, the main reason of economy backward in economic underdeveloped regions is lack of knowledge employees, who mastered the knowledge of modern technology and modern management. Basically, as the lack of effective incentive systems and measures, it is difficult to attract knowledge employees and arouse their enthusiasm effectively. Therefore, it is important to study the characteristics of knowledge employees'needs and find out incentive approach and skills. It becomes the core of the study of HRM in economic underdeveloped regions.This thesis focuses on the motivational factors of knowledge employees in the enterprises of economic underdeveloped regions.Firstly,We analyze the most important motivational factors that knowledge employees in economic underdeveloped regions enterprises care by reading literature and questionnaire.Then we classify the individual motivational factors by using SPSS11.5 . Secondly, we study the relationship between the motivational factors and their impacts on the knowledge employee, which helps us to figure out the factors with most remarkable effects on the incentive degree. In the end, we probe into the changing rule of genders, ages, working years, diplomas, the titles of a technical post, salaries and job types. With these conclusions, we put forward motivating proposals for knowledge employees in economic underdeveloped regions enterprises.
