More and more college graduates who are called "the post-80s generation" begin their career and some of them have already become the main force of their companies. The proportion of post-80s Knowledge-Worker in companies reached an unprecedented scale. Private enterprises in China have made considerable progresses since the eighties of last century. Nowadays, more and more enterprises, especially Private enterprises are facing big challenges on post-80s knowledge-Worker management and keep them positive. Therefore How to manage these post-80s Knowledge-Workers is a brand-new but important task. Based on understanding their requirements then motivate them effectively.This thesis focuses on the motivational factors of knowledge workers in Private enterprises. According to reading the literature about the motivational factors which the post-80s Knowledge-Workers care about.
