Research On The Evaluation Model Of Fund Based On The Bootstrap Method

Fund evaluation is a problem with both simplicity and complexity. From the viewpoint of simplicity,choose the net value of unit fund published by day or week as the evaluation norm is the most simple and effective method. The problem becomes more complex and refers to more aspects if we want to evaluate the risk of investments on funds,an integrated evaluation norm is urgently necessary especially for the developing primary period domestic funds. Nowadays there are many researches on fund evaluation,but these researches are primarily aiming at the evaluation of several indexes relate to achievements and risks, and the conclusion of them can't reflect the holistic performance of a fund.In this paper,we try to found an evaluation model with highly maneuverability,so as to reflect the real performance of a fund objectively and equitably. Fund evaluation refers to many aspects,and we have made particular investigations before model foundation: firstly,we make a full analysis on all factors that may influence the achievement of a fund,and several qualitative indexes are included in this system; secondly,we make use of weighted set-valued statistics to realize the quantification of these qualitative indexes,and then the sampling data is managed through bootstrap method,so as to get a set of relatively precise data; Finally,we make zero dimension management to all data,and then all data can be weighted calculation uniformly.The fund evaluation scheme is confirmed through flow chart design. In the process of evaluation model foundation,we make use of analytical hierarchy process to analysis fund evaluation system completely,so as to get integrated evaluation indexes of a fund in different level. The judgment matrix of each index is obtained through expert mark,then the weight of each index is calculated and the corresponding evaluation value is obtained through compound weight method. Finally,we validate the correctness of the model through demonstration,the difficulties and deficiency in the process of model foundation is depicted,and future research work is also analyzed.
