Present-Stuational Analysis And Countermeasure Studies On The Lack In The Original Innovation Of Science & Technology In Our Nation

Original innovation of science and technology refers to the original innovation in the field of science and technology which produce dynamic results of an unprecedented value in the creative activities. It brought qualitative changes and development of science & technology and primarily incarnates the contributions made by the nation to its civilization and advancement. It also became the magnitude of scientific & technical competition in current world. In contributing an innovative country, the study of ability of innovation of science & technology is a key issue.On the basis of analyzing the nature and significance of ability of innovation of science & technology, this paper attempts to unveil the current situation and reasons of the lack in the original innovation of science & technology in our nation, and then provide some basic countermeasures. The main reasons for such a situation lie in innovation atmosphere on which the negative ideas in traditional ideologies exert influence, innovation accumulation on which short devotion in science & technology impose, innovation zeal which weak encouragement and imperfect evaluating system affect, innovation talents training on which inadequate innovative education has an effect and so on. As far as how to strengthen the original innovative ability of science & technology in our nation is concerned, this paper puts forward some relevant countermeasures from the perspective of innovative environment, fund investment, scientific researching system and talents training, and so on.
