With the ontinuous progress of social development,the era of knowledge economy has come,management of human resources plays a critical role in enterprises.Banks as a capital-intensive and knowledge-intensive industry,human resources is its wealth.If banks want to break through in a complex competitive environment,apart from products and services,the key lies in the power of talent.After economic globalization,Chinese financial industry has been fully open,foreign banks have gradually entered the Chinese market.Since 2013,Internet finance has been raised and developed rapidly,with continuous introduction of innovative products and services.The competition in the financial industry at current is extremely fierce.China's financial structure has changed greatly due to the emergence of Internet finance.At the same time,in 2015,the central government proposed supply-side reform,the money supply tightened,the banking financial supervision strengthened,and the traditional banking management model encountered challenges.The normal flow of human resources is helpful to the optimal allocation of social resources,but the abnormal loss of human resources or high wastage rate will bring negative impact to the management of enterprises.In the new situation,how the banking industry should meet the challenges brought by the new situation:deal with the current situation of staff turnover,solve the problem of staff loss and build a good staff team,has become a common problem facing the banking industry.This paper takes a joint-stock commercial bank—X Bank Nanchang Branch as a case study.Starting from the background of the research on staff turnover in Nanchang Branch of X Bank,this paper puts forward the significance of the research,and analyzes the current situation of staff turnover in Nanchang Branch of X Bank,combining with the relevant literature review and theoretical basis.Then,by doing investigation and research,this paper probes into the reasons of staff turnover in this bank under the new situation,and puts forward the strategies to deal with the staff turnover under the new situation,which include perfecting salary management,career planning,promotion channel,training effect,organizational culture,etc.By giving suggestions to consummate the internal human resources management of X Bank Nanchang Branch,to help solve the problem of the current staff turnover,as well as to the improvement of the work of joint-stock commercial bank human resources management has certain reference significance and reference value.
