This research of squid dragnet item in the east water area of North Korea in this text belongs to pelagic fishery.This paper presents two ship-trawlers which are from Rongcheng city catch squids in East China Sea. And it is reviewed the development of distant fishing in Shan Dong province and generalize the change of world fishing affecting to develop distant fishing in Shan Dong province as well as the potential of distant fishing. It is written about the accomplishment of pelagic fishery in Shan Dong province as well as experiences, lessons during 20 years and the future. It is suggested to develop pelagic fishery playing a very important role in changing the structure of fish culture in China. Distant fishing, which is very important in fish culture not only represent excellent productivity but also successing to process, commerce, transport and so on.This text is divided into four parts. The second part mainly elaborate the development background and process of Pelagic fishery of Shandong province, and carried on analysis to the economic performance and social performance circumstance that the Pelagic fishery development of Shandong province; In the third part, combined with the concretely actually example, take the successful of squid fishing to the east the waters of North Korea for example, the resources condition, fishing ground distributing, the biology temperament and development of the squid was carried on; In the fourth part, the situation and the competition ability factor of the Pelagic fishery of Shandong province was carried on, then the developed model and measure of the Pelagic fishery of Shandong province was founded.
