Study On Evaluation Of The Coal Enterprise Performance Based On Decision Tree

Enterprise performance evaluation is not merely an important mean by which enterprises carry on the self-supervision and self-discipline, but also a new management tool enterprises used to implement strategic management in the new competitive environment. At the time of knowledge economy and information, as the fasting course of globalization, 'the enterprises competitive environment is altering greatly. The using evaluation methods couldn' t evaluate enterprise performance effectively. By analyzing and researching on the achievements of performance evaluation both at home and abroad, the thesis constructs a performance evaluation indicator system combined the financial and non-financial indicators, and launches the discussion of the application of Decision Tree in Data Mining on enterprise performance evaluation, which is used in a performance evaluation carried on a coal enterprises. The main research work in the thesis are as follows:The first part is mainly about the purpose, significance and research method, the thesis analyzes and studies the present situation of enterprise performance evaluation from two aspects of indicator system and evaluation method through reading relevant papers and survey in reality.Secondly, the thesis defines connotation of enterprise performance and analyses its related theories foundations. The thesis points out that the system of the enterprise performance evaluation is composed of seven elements, including the evaluation main body, the evaluation object, the evaluation method, the evaluation target, and the evaluation report at an angle of the system.Thirdly, the thesis analyses select principles about evaluation index, and constructs a new evaluation indicator system from four aspects: finance, customers, study and Innovation, Sustainable development on the foundation of analyzing competition environment and combining related research in domestic and foreign result. Fourthly, the thesis put forward the application of Decision Tree on enterprise performance evaluation on the foundation of analyzing the shortcomings of enterprise performance evaluation method in our country. The thesis analyses Decision Tree connotation and methods of constructing Decision Tree model and relevant evaluation procedure through example, and tests Decision Tree feasibility.At last, the thesis constructs evaluation model on coal enterprises performance by combining Decision Tree method with the new index system, and evaluates enterprise performance of Zaozhuang group and put forward relevant measures for enhancing enterprise performance.
