A Study On Performance Evaluation Of Local Government Fiscal Expenditure Based On PCA-Decision Tree Method

As China's economy has entered a new normal,demand-side investment,consumption,and export troika have all been fatigued.The actual demand “weakness” masks the fact that huge potential demand cannot be realized.In fact,it reflects that the structure of economic supply and demand is not The underlying problem of matching is the problem of insufficient supply capacity and lagging economic restructuring.Under the complicated domestic and international situation,we must do a good job in the economic and social development during the “13th Five-Year Plan” period.We need to unswervingly promote supply-side structural reforms and promote long-term economic development in China under a broader vision of governance.it is good.However,our country's old performance evaluation system for government expenditures is in line with previous demand stimulus policies,and it is out of touch with the current supply structure and consumer preferences or desires.However,at this stage,the government's role orientation and work functions have undergone major changes.The value orientation of fiscal expenditure performance assessment needs to be updated accordingly in light of actual social conditions and changes in government work.Therefore,based on the rational thinking of China's economic restructuring during the “Thirteenth Five-Year Plan” period,and relying on structural reforms on the supply side,this paper explores and studies a set of government financial expenditure performance evaluation system that advances with the times,and focuses on innovation-driven,the optimization and upgrading of industrial structure,resources and environment,etc.,to adapt to changes in the external situation.This paper uses principal component in line with the current high efficiency evaluation of economic development,and to provide a healthy external force for optimizing the structure of fiscal expenditure.Finally,a decision tree algorithm is used to analyze the impact of each attribute on government fiscal expenditure performance.
