In the process of human resource development and management, performance appraisal is one of the most basic work. In the development of enterprise, all the management segments are closely related to performance appraisal, in the current development of enterprises, human resources management is becoming more and more important, the performance appraisal has naturally become the important part to the enterprise. Therefore, the method and thought of performance appraisal has been gradually accepted by the major companies.KPI is the most critical elements in the operation of an enterprise,which has been summing up. KPI is also an index that can influence enterprise and individual performance by experiencing many of the practice; Compared with other performance indicators, the individual can be linked closely with the company and the department by using key performance indicators, which is beneficial to the realization of enterprise strategy, at the same time, as the key performance indicators of performance indicators should be more simple than the others, there are more advantages in the control performance and management.This paper is based on the specific design and application of KPI index, according to the actual situation of the enterprise, combined with the enterprise development strategy, human resources management, enterprise training, performance coaching,performance feedback and other means, this paper put forward higher requirements and more systematic performance appraisal program. Through the decomposition of the strategic goal of the enterprise layer, I established key performance indicators for the business sector and individuals and combined the quantitative financial indicators and the Unable enterprise cultural construction indicators. Finally, the KPI index was established. The KPI index will avoid the disadvantages of lack of previous performance appraisal strategy, so that the status of the most critical business activities of the enterprise can always be concerned and understood by the managers.At the same time, the KPI index will make the company's strategic implementation having a strong motivation and objectively reflect the business objectives of the enterprise.In order to design of Z Company's appraisal system better, We need to prepare the appraisal system of Z company; Then, through the development of Z Company KPI,determine the weight of the implementation of KPI program, implement KPI procedures and ect., We can design the Z company KPI evaluation system. The implementation of Z company's examination system asks the organizational structure of Z company being scientific and reasonable, business process improvement and basing on the enterprise culture environment. Score will be given according to the performance appraisal design scheme and the grading standard of centennial system. According to the analysis,though the implementation of performance appraisal system,enterprises are basically realized the objectives of motivating the employee development, achieving the company's goals, improving the competitiveness of enterprises and ect. The desired effect is achieved.
