Marketing channel is one of the important parts in a company's marketing work. With the further reform of medical system and the continuous development of pharmaceutical market, the competition among the medical disposable enterprises becomes increasingly intense. Successful marketing for pharmaceutical products under a new market situation greatly depends upon the stable and effective marketing channels meeting the enterprise's strategic target and the coordination and management properly made.This paper takes XX company as researching case. The major study include design and management of marketing channel about the one-off medical disposables. First, there is a introduction about the company and a evaluation of the marketing channel present used. With the combination of management idea and development tread, giving an analysis of the problem existed in the marketing channel of the company. Then put forword plans for the channel. Finally, this paper addresses systematically the issue of management model encountered in implementation of the adjustment plan.This paper concludes that the adjustment to and management of the marketing channel as the aforesaid plan will enhance XX company's capability of management and control, and speed up its market development speed. It will provide the company with long lasting superiority in competition and lay profound foundation for the realization of its strategic target of operation. And it offers some useful suggestion for the same medical appliance company like XX company.
