As a unit of social economy, enterprise has confronted ferious competition in the era of knowledge economy.How to survive in such changeable environment and ferious competition? Organizational learning holds: Organization should strengthen its learning capacity to keep sustainable competence (Argyris). Nowadays, both researchers and practioners have paid much attention to organizational learning theory.More and more enterperenuers in Non-public enterprises has carried out to establish learning organization.Nevertheless, there is no research of organizational commitment from the organizational learning aspect.As in China, establishing learning organization and learning society is warmly promoted.What's the phrase of Non-public enterprises' organizational learning under such atomosphere?What are the relations between organizational learning and employee's organizational commitment?This research is designed to answer these questions.The current study is designed to describe and examine the effects of organizational learning on organizational commitment in non-public enterprises in China.A total of 150 employees in non-public enterprises in Sichuan and Chongqing province took part in this study. The collected data were computed and analyzed via descriptive statistics,one-way ANOVA,scale and multiple linear regression analysis.The findings of the study were generalized as follows: 1.The overall organizational learning and employee's organizational commitment in non-public enterprises in China is at a medium-below level. The organizational level learning and continuance commitment is at the lowest degree.2. Significant differences exist in organizational learning relate to employee's gender, educational background, position, years of working at present company, company size.3.Significant differences exist in organizational commitment relate to employee's gender, educational background, position, years of working at present company, company size.4.Organizational learning is significantly related to orgazational commitment.There is significant relationship between part dimensions of organizational learning and organizational commitment.
