The matter of obtaining employment for rural migrant workers has been drawing much attention from the government and many domestic scholars. Currently, unemployment of rural migrant workers causes many destructive effects and negative influences which do not only endanger the basic material guaranty of the rural migrant workers but also do harm to continuity and stability of economy and society. Answering to objective request of improving the human resource, perfecting employment training of the rural migrant workers is an important reflection of maintaining and achieving social justice.As one of the provinces which have huge population of rural migrant workers, Sichuan can reflect the employment training of such group of people better. This discourse extends analysis basing upon the case of Sichuan employment training of the rural migrant workers. Using justice theory and human resource theory as starting point of the theory, this discourse covers aspects of significance, current situation and problem of employment training of the rural migrant workers. Training subject, training resource and training object comprise of indivisible entirety and influence the effect of employment training by working as a whole. By analyzing the situation and problem of employment training of the rural migrant workers ,existence of below problems can be found: Firstly, the mechanism towards employment training of rural migrant workers is incomplete; secondly, the limited resources for training are insufficient for such a great deal of rural migrant workers who need the training; thirdly, the content of training is not in accord with the demand of training; fourthly, the rural migrant workers do not have strong intention to be trained, in parallel, the government and society have not created out the ideal training atmosphere yet; This article comes up with suggestion of establishing the system mechanism and the operation mechanism applied to employment training, aiming to ease inconsistent problems between training subject, training resource and training object. For system mechanism, the suggestion is to complete and improve the general policies and legal system; to improve current registered permanent residence system as well as the employment system; to develop theory study mechanism for employment training of the rural migrant workers; to explore fine transmitting mechanism for employment training; to strengthen government's training responsibilities; to build up the mechanism which matches the training claims; to initiate encourage system; to set up and advance employment services. In aspect of operating mechanism, suggestion is to optimize the guaranty prior to the training; to well control the training process; to ensure detailed feedbacks to the training.
