Nowadays, administration departments at all levels, service sectors in tourism and the academic field have laid a strong emphasis on the tourist attractions' exploitations and development. The development of tourist attractions in our country has been in the seedtime phase, and some others have already grown up into maturity. However, in the post-developing phase of tourist attractions, the process of management usually has some connections with many stakeholders, who seek for various or even contradictory interests.
