With the coming of the era of experience economy, tourist attractions obtain many good opportunities for further development, but at the same time, they also confront with a lot of challenges. When the tourist market is becoming more and more developed in China, the competition between tourist attractions is increasingly fierce, especially for the tourist attractions that which tourism resources are ordinary. Survival of the fittest, if the tourist attractions want to survive, keep and extend their market shares, it is necessary for them to pay much attention to the tourist experience management.The research on the influencing factors of the tourist experience within the tourist attractions is a brand-new field among tourist experience research. Standing on the tourist attractions' points of view, the influencing factors are divided into two groups, factors which can be controlled and those can not. Base on this hypothesis and the previous study review, tourist questionnaire and statistic analysis were carried out. The analytical method used in this research including Principle Components Analysis, Data Reduction of Factors, One-Way ANOVA, Independence-Samples T Test, Regression Analyses and so on. The supposed theoretical model are modified after the statistic analysis, and the Influencing Factors System and Structural Model of the tourist experience within tourist attractions are established, including 2 topic components, 9 sub-topic components and 34 bottom factors. Ground on this Structural Model, the experiences that tourists obtained when they were visiting West-Lake scenic spot are evaluated, the linear regression equation about the relationship between the whole experience level and the sub-topic components are formulated, and the suggestions about the tourist experience management of the West-Lake scenic spot are proposed at the end of the paper.
