In recent years, the marketing-channels have become the most important topic with the Chinese enterprise speeding the footstep to melt into the world. As the core competencies of the enterprise, marketing-channel strategy has been neglected for a long time. We must excavate the potential of the marketing channels in order to seek the new fountainhead of enterprise profit rise and further reduces the operation cost. However, it is unable to compare the theory and practice of marketing channels in the developed countries with our country's because our circulation of commodities domain is product of planned economy.Among many problems, the design and the whole achievements of marketing-channels appear outstandingly, which has puzzled the enterprise's development. This thesis aims at researching how to resolve the problems which exists commonly in the whole marketing-channels of the manufacturers.At first, the thesis re-confirmed the essentiality and the developing conditions of the marketing-channels theory. It also induces to the foundation of the channels problem management theories. On this basis, it constituted the foundation of the marketing-channel project.Then, it was detailed to analyze the influence factors within the marketing-channel management. This thesis also brings up the basic management methods standing in the need of the customers. Need to be set out from the customer, and give basic means within the outlet management and method.Finally, it was core in the thesis that carried on the analysis to the widespread existence issues of the marketing-channels and goes deep in to inquiry the resolving methods. From the standing of the manufacturers, apply the misty comprehensive evaluation method to evaluate fixed-amount to the middle manufacturers' performance of the marketing- channel, it will be the basis of channel member management.I hope that the article can give a hand in management problems of the marketing-channels to the enterprises.
