Research On The Circular Economy Development Model Of The Coal Enterprise Of Shanxi

As the biggest productive base of coal in our country, the coal industry of Shanxi has done great contribution to the development of our national economy and society.But at the same time, accompanying with the super strength and long time mining in the past several decades years, the coal profession appears some problems, such as astonishing wast, the serious damage to the resource and ecosystem, the multifarious trouble of safe and the disharmony development of mineral area. These problems which have become the bottleneck of healthy development of the coal" profession and the whole province of Shan xi have been extensive concerned by our society. So how can Shan xi not only reasonably make use of resource to develop our economy but also conserve the local ecosystem intact and keep on sustainable development is the content of this text. Circular economy is the up-to-the-minute production of the research of the sustainable development. It integrates "circular" with "economy", which ruled by the theory of sustainable development, expecting to rebuild the mode of economic activity to change it from "vast mining, inefficient use, vast discard" to "least mining, efficient use, least discard" and ultimately achieve sustainable development .The circular economy becomes the inevitable choice of economic development of the coal profession of Shan xi.This paper firstly gives the background and practical meaning and the development condition of the circular economic through our country and the world. Then it introduces the creation and evolution, starts from the investigation about the waste of resource and destruction of environment caused by the development of coal industry in our province, Summarizing the theory and practice of circular economy both at home and abroad, establishing the circular economy development model of coal enterprises of our province based on the reality of them. And make a evaluation on the economy and social benefit of the model. At the end, the paper analyses the difficulties of circular economy which the coal enterprise develop in our province and advances the measures and ways.
