The food and agricultural products processing industry of Fuxin, with the transformation of the resource-city, has preliminarily built a alternative industry framework, and became one of the local industrial economy of three pillar industries. At present, on the one hand, during the "twelfth five-year" period, Fuxin has been fully supporting to develop the food and agricultural products processing industry, and the food and agricultural products processing enterprises are faced with more deeper and higher level development opportunities; On the other hand, because foreign enterprises are not adapted to the local environment and domestic enterprises are lack of stamina, food and agricultural products processing enterprises of Fuxin urgently need to learn from the practices of advanced enterprises to use with opportunities on the basis of solving problems. The Fuwei is a company that is growing up in the local, has obtained the "leap" of development and has become a dazzling star in the industrial transformation of Fuxin. The paper extracts the experience of the Fuwei company for food and agricultural products processing enterprises of Fuxin to learn from.The paper is mainly divided into two parts. The first part is about cases. Firstly, this part makes a basic introduction of the Fuwei company, then it analyses the environment of the target marketing strategy implementation home and abroad, at last, it describes the process of the company target marketing strategy of the implementation in detail. The second part is about the analysis of cases. On the basis of the analysis of the theory of the cases, this part makes an analysis of the main effect of target marketing strategy and the experience and the existing problems, then with the theory of the marketing management philosophy, the type of target of the marketing strategy and the marketing strategy of selection, this part makes an analysis of the target marketing strategy and extracts three value points for food and agricultural products processing enterprises of Fuxin to learn from deeply. Firstly, the growth of firms should be adapted to the market changing and change the concept of the marketing strategy positively; Secondly, the marketing theory should adjust to measures to the local conditions to develop the local characteristics; At last, the development strategy should have the courage of innovation to explore the new heaven and earth.
