The Diversified Business Development And Counter-measures Of Longnan Power Company

Based on the investment, development and management of Wanli Plant and Shuigouping Power Station that are carrying the principle of joint venture in ferrosilicon and electricity in diversified business of Longnan Power Company, and also started with the two factory's institutional factors, process of production, financial management, management of accounting and human resources, this dissertation summarizes and analyses the problems and difficulties of the two factories in above aspects. The dissertation also put forward the managerial strategy to speed up the normal development of the factories in diversified business in Longnan Power Company, gave some reference for its normal development and to step out of the difficulties. By doing this it can also provide more benefits for the funds collectors, staff and the community. It can also raise the inner managerial level, reinforce the cooperation of the different units and freshen the new image of the company.
