Supply chain management focus on the cooperation of good suppliers and the enterprise, the company need the suppliers to finish some business. The enterprise will try itself best for key business with the best resource and energy. The competition of automobile plant is the competition between supplier chain and supplier chain. The truck enterprise want to improve their key competition force, grasp the high added value chain of key design and development ability and market. they usual move or outsource the manufacture process. The truck company use their global manufacture system to manage their global services, including design, purchasing, manufacture, logistic and sales service. To establish the global supply chain, the purpose is improve the resource use rate, reduce the manufacture cost, improve the market feedback speed, and add the competition ability. The main content of the paper includes the special truck supply chain, and consider the internal and external environment, discuss the automotive supply management improvement method. The purpose is to add the value of the supply chain and improve the competition power. The truck supply chain mainly include sale forecast, manufacture plan, supplier management, purchasing, warehouse management and logistics management. The paper focus on these main processes problem .1. The enterprise did not consider the current market need and the change of environment for sales forecast. The manufacture plan did not depend on the sales forecast and actual needs. These information was transferred to different Dept. by the lengthways method, not net style, the information can not transfer to relative Dept. timely and exactly. And these information cannot be transferred to different suppliers, the supplier chain information net was not established. 2. The supplier management system was not established, the company choice several suppliers for same part, establish the competition relationship and the company obtain the benefit, the management method is bad to establish the good supplier team. And the company has not key supplier team, this management system is an old system.3. the group management system is bad to purchasing management. The employees competence also need to be improved. The purchasing information can not share with others. The enterprise did not establish the evaluation system.4. the company has not a complete warehouse management procedure. Supplier, warehouse and workshop were not in a system.5. The company did not set logistic Dept., and the layout was bad, there was not a information net.For above problem, the paper discuss the improvement for sales forecast, manufacture plan, supplier management, purchasing, warehouse and logistics. The paper did not list the responsibility and time for these project, only discuss these improvement theory, include the below content.1. Faw Special Automobile Company below national enterprise. The organization shall be changed, the position responsibility shall be defined, the organization shall improve the competence and awareness for employees.2.The stratagem associate may share the database with some limited conditions. The company will share the manufacture plan and warehouse data, to achieve the JIT ,the best inventory and the cost. The company shall design the database, include part code.3. The organization establish stratagem associate relationship with suppliers, this is a both wins way. The company shall help their supplier to improve technology level and management level. Not only reduce their price. The organization shall control supplier quality through scientific quality management system. The truck plant is not a assembly plant, it also include part design and development. These design include choice a excellent supplier. The organization shall has a excellent key supplier team, Such as motor supplier and chassis supplier etc. to eliminate some bad performance suppliers.4. The third party logistic company has professional technology, experience, logistic net , human resource and information system. These are benefit to improve the effectiveness. The third party logistic company provide the logistic and information services, as a bridge for supplier and customer, to avoid the broken chain in the whole supply chain. And the company may extend to their sales area in the globe.The paper establish an evaluation system for the above improvement action, the system evaluate the improvement from customer satisfaction, delivery rate, quality conformity rate, cost and information accurate rate.
