Over past a few years, with the rapid development and enlargement of company A,the quality management couldn’t meet the company demand and therefore a series ofproblem caused. To improve the states quo, we started the study on the qualitymanagement improvement. It was hoped that, with a systematic improvement solution, wecan solve the problem in quality management practice fundamentally.At the beginning of this thesis, the quality management history is introduced. Thephilosophy of3quality management masters are also introduced and compared, they areW.Edwards.Deming, Joseph M.Juran and Philip B.Crosby. In addition, the qualitymanagement principle, process method and PDCA circle in ISO9000standards are briefed.The reasons why the quality management happened are analyzed when introducingthe status quo of the quality management. Combine with the quality management andoperation practice; I brought up the systematic quality improvement solution. This solutionfocuses on organization level, process level, and employee level.On organization level, the quality management functions are reassigned on the basisof renewed company organization. Reinforcement and expansion on internal audit work ofquality management system is also performed to maximum the effects of it. The trainingsystem which is closely related to quality management is also included in the improvement.On process level, we optimize and perfect these4main processes, they are product’srealization process, purchase and purchase validation process, production process andcustomer oriented customer communication process. On employee level, it is brought up tobuild a multi-level continuous improvement mechanism based on all staff participation.By comparing and analyzing the quality indicates on customer and productionperspective and calculation of quality cost, the results shows that the effects of this qualitymanagement improvement are fruitful and sustainable.
