According to" Statistic Communique of Hefei National Economy and Social Development in 2006" from Hefei Statistics Bureau, it indicates Hefei Real Estate Industry has invested 28.064 billion Yuan, and the level of growth is 47.5%. Sold Space of Commercial Buildings is 6.4092 million square meters, an increase of 7.7%. The total sales of commercial house are 20.069 billion Yuan with an increase of 11.9%. With the development of market economy in Hefei, the position that the real estate industry is situated in our economy becomes more and more important. So does its influence upon our economy. However, there also existed many management problems in Hefei Real Estate Industry.
