In modern society,the competition among enterprises is becoming more and more fierce,and the talent factor,as a key factor in the competition among enterprises,has always been a key research object for enterprises to carry out institutional reforms.Excellent talents are the company's valuable wealth,the driving force for the company's sustainable development,and the source of improving the company's core competitiveness and business economic efficiency.Real estate companies have played an important role in the economic market in recent years.Real estate has always been a source of market vitality in China in recent years.It is precisely because of the hot market that real estate companies have also been born on a large scale.Competition among companies is also Unprecedented,in order to break through the complex market,real estate companies attach great importance to human resources team building.This paper conducts in-depth research on a large number of related theories and literature on the construction of human resource teams,and is guided by relevant mature theoretical systems,including related concepts of corporate human resource team building,hierarchy of needs theory,equity theory,and reinforcement theory.To lay the theoretical foundation for the paper.The construction of enterprise human resources team includes the concept of human resources team and the concept of corporate human resources team building.This project takes HD real estate company's human resources team building as the case study object,introduces HD real estate company briefly,studies the HD real estate company's organizational structure and internal and external environment,and analyzes the status quo and existing problems of HD human resource team construction.Based on the status quo of HD real estate company's human resources team,it puts forward suggestions and strategies for optimizing the human resources team construction system for HD real estate companies,reasonably allocates development teams,formulates targeted performance assessments,develops specialty training programs for employees,and implements promotion indicators.The system encourages employees' awareness of independent promotion and analyzes the safeguard measures for the implementation of the plan.During the implementation of the plan,analyze the impact on HD real estate companies.Finally,this article is summarized and analyzed,and put forward the need for improvement in the paper and research inadequacies.
