The privately-operated real estate enterprise is an important part of the real estate industry, at present, the privately-operated real estate enterprise has developed fast and has certain accumulation in fund, talented person, management and so on through the past decades, has passed through the enterprise primitive accumulation stage initially, enters the important reforming time. How does the privately operated real estate enterprise acquire more health and faster development in the transition period? The paper refers the Human Resources Management as the core power which the privately operated real estate enterprise should depend on in this transition period, and gives us an specific elaboration.This thesis adopts the research methods of practical economics, the management theory and human resource management. The paper, based on comparison research and qualitative analysis, intends to analyze the present condition of Human Resource Management in the privately-operated real estate enterprise, analyzes the current many weaknesses and reason in some areas of human resource management, and raises some suggestions and countermeasure about solving.This paper consists of four parts,Part one, introduces background of research, topic significance, proposes the structure and the research mentality, theory review, points out the innovation and the scope limitation.Part two, summarize the related theory of privately operated real estate enterprise in transition period and the Human Resources Management, and points out the Human Resources Management is the core power which privately operated real estate enterprise should depend on in the transition period;Part three, analyzes the the present development situation of privately operated real estate enterprise in transition period and the development condition of Human Resources Management discovers the questions, and carries on the corresponding reason analysis;Part four, proposes the countermeasure to improve Human Resources Management for privately operated real estate enterprise during transition period.
