Research Of Capital Operation In JiangHang.

Capital Operation in enterprise is based on Marxist political economy and it is the creative use of Marxist political economy. Captital Operation is to take the profit maximization and the capital high limit increase as purpose, to make good use and restructure assets in enterprise, to optimize the allocation of resources, and to change all tangible and intangible assets owned by enterprise into capital which can be increased. In this way, the capital in military enterprise can be increased with high limit.This paper analyses the theory and the mode of capital operation in our military industry, and draws the lessons from military industry enterprise re-organization abroad. In detail, this paper studies the shareholders of JiangHang, discusses the scheme of capital operation, and forcast the way it can carry out. At last it looks forward to the good opportunity and future of JiangHang and our militray industry.This paper is composed of seven chapters. The first chapter is preface, which introduces the significance of my study. The second chapter introduces the theory of capital operation in enterprise. The third is about the use of this theory in military industry enterprise. The fourth and fifth chapters describe the current situation and capital operation environment in JiangHang, and try to find a suitable way for its captital operation. The sixth and seventh chapters look forward to the future of JiangHang with the use of capital operation.
