Research On The Joint Development Of City Failway Transtportation And Real Estate Of Our Country

With the development of economics and urbanization, the traffic problems of cities especially big cities become more and more serious. To construct fast trailway transportation system is the best measure. The most difficulty is lacking of capital. How to self - financing for capital , keep balance of revenues and expenditures of underground subway and loose the burden of public property have been given more and more attention.Based on the explaination the concept of fast trailway transportation system , real estate and their relationship, this paper analyzes the intest of government, developers and citizens and put forwards the effect and meanings of joint-development of fast trailway transportation system and real estate.This paper benefits from the experience of self-financing for capital and srategy of joint-development of foreign countries.
