The current market of web2.0 is is enjoying a boom,and is pursued by netizen, chased by venture capital,and investigator start pay attention to web2.0. on the other hand, web2.o is the shortage of system research and parctice.In practice,the opreation model of web2.0 has some flaw;and in theory,the concept of web2.0 is vague and the theory of commerical model isn't systemic,and so on.There is so many conceptual speculation and foam in web2.0 market.There are two tendency to know the value of web2.0:one is omnipotent and the other is depreciatory.This thesis studies the web2.0 technology characteristics and the concept of web2.0 through far-ranging investigation and survey, analyzes and compares carefully of web2.0 & web1.0 showing up some key differences.Analyzes the commercial model dianping.com and douban.com, studies their operation characteristics, style of information gathering, making profits, popularization marketing and their future. therfore, raises the commercial model of web2.0 websites and its problem.Existing conditions of web2.0:the concept of web2.0 isn't definite, is lacing commercial model ,is very little profit, websites copy each other, the internet of web2.0 circle are filled with prosperous and blundering scenes. Facing this situation, this thesis raise the solution, and this thesis can helps netizen and somebody who wants to start his own business on web2.0 to know reasoningly the value of web2.0.
