With the developing of global economic, scheduling is one of the most importantfields of production. Inserting orders, however, is one of the most important fields ofscheduling. The purpose of this problem is fulfilling the production plan on time withassigning resources effectively. The target of every enterprise is how to insert ordersperfectly which is able to complete production tasks in production cycle.Firstly, the features of discrete manufacturing enterprise are introduced in this paper.Then causes of inserting orders of manufacturing enterprise are found. At the basis of thesecauses, process optimizations are analyzed to deal with poor quality by lean six sigma. Theprocess is got reasonable and the cost of enterprise is reduced. At the same time, the timecycle of the production is shortened and the production efficiency is improved.Secondly, a GA based on game theory is proposed to analyze the reason of processunreasonable. A dynamic coding method based on bargain model is proposed. Then a GAbased on bargain model is given in this paper. The inserting order process is controlledwell. Not only decreased time of process, but also the process is more reasonable. At thebasis of this dynamic coding method, not only saved time and space complexity, but alsoprovided the thinking of research.
