As the Internet has developed rapidly and transferred gradually from scientific application to commercial application. More and more enterprises begin to do business and publicize corporate image through the Internet, so a new marketing way--networkmarketing appears. No enterprise could neglect the opportunities and threatens the Internet offers, so how to earn economic benefits through network marketing has attracted more and more attention. Small enterprises play an important role in social economy of our country, but they have weak sides in some aspects, so they should be given more attention.As a small high-tech enterprise, The extensive application of the network technology, is a kind of brand-new space environment of existence framework of enterprises. It is need to give more concerns for the SME in our country, because these are important status in the social economy of our country, while belong to the disadvantaged groups again in some aspects. Holding and using network tools to boost the business's trade is increasingly become the necessary condition to win the strategy goals in the future. Specially for this kind of SME, for example CIB Science Instrument Corporation, In a situation that the economic strength is limited, how to utilize E-marketing with lower fund to expand the marketing channels of enterprises rapidly, in order to solve the sale bottleneck question that is because of weak economic strength, the enterprise could not put selling a large number of fund into expanding the market and to strengthen the competitiveness of enterprises by a large margin. Just because of this, this thesis intends to view that CIB scientific instrument company develops the activity of marketing, according to solving practical problems brought of the company to marketing, which is because of relatively weak capability and limited sale way through the marketing, accord with the reality of CIB scientific instrument Corporation, adhering to the principle of combining with practice in theory, it launch firstly in the necessity of developing E-marketing, analyzing the goal of E-marketing for company, carrying on research and planning the marketing main tactics of network sale of CIB and to propose one set of tactics that is how to develop network sale step by step accord with company actual conditions. Finally , it is necessary to offer some suggestions and means, in order to guarantee the company implements the marketing tactics of the network smoothly , improve the validity implementing marketing tactics of the network of the company, and so as to ensure the marketing tactics of the network can be implemented smoothly.
