How to find out the effective weapon of competition in complex and uncertain environment? How to change the advantage of huge network to competition? How to find out a continuable and level-headed developing way? Our administrators are faced these important strategic problem now. Administrators have better hold on sober brain and persist in continuable, stable and effective developing thinking to establish reasonable developing strategy. Basing on this intention, I try to discuss these developing problem upon strategic lay.This thesis reviews the development status of the telecommunications industry and the macro-society and macro-economy, makes an in-depth analysis of the competition situation which HW Telecom is facing now, studies both the internal and the external factors of HW Telecom, particularly researches into the special topics such as opportunities and threats, advantages and disadvantages as well as selection of strategies etc., which will be of certain theoretical value for reference and practical value for instruction.This thesis analyses the external environment first. We find out the advantage and disadvantage factor of enterprise developing from external requirement through analyzing polity, economy and population. The Port's competition model is used for analyzing the austere competitive situation and discover the main threaten. The EFE is used to find the conclusion of external factors. The internal important problem and advantage are found through analyzing internal factors of HW company. The IFE is adopted to make the conclusion of internal environment. Based on all of these results, the SWOT and BCG are used to the analyzing of selecting strategy. The QSPM is used for selecting suitable strategies from standby strategies. Then the plans are given basing on these results.
