Research On Planning And Schedule Control Of CSPC Nannai Petrochemicals Construction Project

Based on modern project management theory, this dissertation summarizes the theoretical knowledge of planning and schedule control, the characteristic of scheduling management and control; the category of Network-based methods, such as CPM and PRET. Also presents five methods of schedule monitoring; especially the "S" curve and Earned Value analysis. As to optimization of the network technique, make emphasis on"time-cost optimization"and set up mathematic model using Linear Scheduling method.Secondly, the author analyzes the characteristic of EPC and PMC module in the construction project management field. Taking the SEPCO's CSPC Nannai Petrochemicals Project as an example, Based upon the WBS and OBS of SEPCO's CSPC Nannai project, make statement about organizational structure and responsibility of project control and engineering-procurement department. And then, summarize how to compile the multi-level planning system in EPC project using Primavera project planner (P3) software. And discuss schedule-monitoring system of this project; In particular, analyze the project's monthly report system in detail, including schedule control methods and Earned Value analysis.Finally , the author analyze the main reason that affect the scheduling and planning of this project , and make some recommendation about how to conduct schedule control , and what kind of lessons we can learn from this project.
