Therefore, the problem of current real estate construction has become a hot research.How to ensure quality and schedule requirements by the way of the premise of rational scientific planning the progress of projects and effective use of project resources, to avoid risks, save investment and achieve the project targets.Due to the construction of real estate projects, investments, high risks and more, invest in many kinds of changing environmental factors and other factors, so that the project development and construction management of a large and complex systems engineering.
