In the enterprises, no matter business management or financial management, all they could be used as the project exist alone. The project has become a trend for enterprises. Therefore, project management job is particularly important in the company. Project planning and control management is a very important part of project management. In the project implementation process, we should regularly check the actual progress and compared with the schedule, check whether the project according to schedule requirements.If there are some deviation, we should find the reason timely and take corresponding measures or modify the plan until the project achieve its overall goal in various constraints.This topic will take isoprene rubber project as the background. Upon the Work Breakdown Structure Technology (WBS) and Gantt charts technology support, combined with project schedule management theoretical knowledge, we systematic study the effect of project schedule management and analy the application of the progress management. in this article I establish the progress plan, carry on the schedule and the total resource allocation optimization, draw up the optimization plan. What I did laid the foundation for the project's success. In this project, its schedule management consciousness is light, and the executive power is not perfect do, the lack of full-time staff schedule control and so on,which make a greater impact on project management.
