Moral hazards are common in modern economy and society. They make ineffectiveness and waste in resources configurations. As one of important social security system, social pension insurance has a lot of moral hazards and the performances are complex too. For example, social pension insurance operates without money. Many people receive old-age pension without qualification and a lot of enterprises don't pay fees. The existence of moral hazards endangers the operation of social pension insurance. Many scholars study moral hazards in social security. Especially, they pay too much attention to the study of moral hazards in social pension insurance. Otherwise, moral hazards in medical insurance can't studied by scholars. So it is necessary to study moral hazards in social pension insurance. It is significant to develop our economy and social pension insurance. The performances of moral hazards are different in different fields. Social pension insurance has its special systems and characters, so the performances of its moral hazards are also special. Beginning with the general theory and relevant theory moral hazards, this paper analyses the relevant factors and general manifestation of moral hazards. Then this study gives analyses on all kinds of manifestation of moral hazards in social pension insurance and disadvantages and damages arising from moral hazards. Furthermore, this study also discusses the factors which induce the happenings of moral hazards in social pension insurance. Based on its reasons, the author gives suggestions of the control of moral hazards in social pension insurance accounting for its different survival surroundings.
