Moral Hazards In Pension Insurance And Their Evasion Of Law

Moral hazard is common in the modern social and economic society, so we arefamiliar with the term. It caused a lot of waste of social resources and resourceallocation inefficiency. Pension insurance as one of the most important social securitysystem, which is refers to the state mandatory implementation through legislation, tomake workers retire, can get a certain income from society or country to maintain thebasic life is a kind of social security system. but a lot of moral hazard exists inpension insurance and it has been hampering the development of all social insurancesystem in China. This paper tried to analysis from the beginning of basic theory of therisk of moral hazard. In the moral hazard endangerment and causes based on theresearch, the author tries to put forward the view that legal regulation of moral hazardin pension insurance is not perfect, so the moral hazard of the pension insuranceavoid from legal regulation.In this paper, a total of six chapters. The first chapter of main content isintroduce typical pension fund of moral hazard case in recent years, pointing out theseriousness of the pension field of moral hazard. The second chapter content isanalyzed basic theory about moral hazard of pension insurance field, for example, thedefinition of moral hazard, and characteristics of moral hazard in pension insurance.The third chapter is points out the harm of moral hazard and analysis causes frommultiple perspectives. The fourth chapter studied the current legal regulation aboutmoral hazard in pension insurance is not perfect, from the Fund supervision system,information disclosure system, and so on. The fifth chapter is proposed improvementmeasures to strengthen the legal system construction of pension insurance, so as toavoid the risk of moral hazard. The last chapter is a reflection and summary of fulltext writing process.
