Modeling And Forecasted Analysis On Grey Systems Of Sustainable Utilization Of Land For Huangshi

One of the core points of sustainable development is the sustainable utilization of land. Being scarce and irreplaceable, land resources should be used in a sustainable and efficient way. At present, the problem challenging our country's land resources is increasingly severe. Whether the land resources are sustainable directly influences the sustainable development of a country and its areas. Substantial researches have been made in this field from aspects like definition, evaluation indicator system, layer analysis method, ecological footprint and realization method.Based on the sustainable development of regional land resources, this article takes Huangshi city as the research subject. According to the investigation on the land, population, economy and social environment of Huangshi, it carries out statistic analysis and comparison research and establishes grey system model of Huangshi city's sustainable land resources. We made a short to middle term anticipation for the city's land utilization by the model, which indicates an unoptimistic prospect for Huangshi city's sustainable development. Through the analysis of model parameter, we find several lever point of policy implication, like intensity of population control, urbanization speed and growth ratio of mill land, etc. Concerning the regional development strategy, we design several modules of land utilization strategy and policy parameters. An ideal target of land utilization has been gain after a series of testing and analysis. A set of scientific and practical strategy blueprint, policy suggestion and adjustment programs of land utilization structure for every department of civil economy has been suggested, giving reference of general plan for land utilization for Huangshi city.
